Abstract

The development of technology and inventions throughout the 20th and the 21st centuries have changed people's way of life. This is the period of the third and the fourth industrial revolutions, popularly called digital revolutions. Starting with Alan Turing, who gained fame in the Second World War by decoding the Enigma, but also with the first use of the term "computer", through various inventions and notable individuals, we met people like Grace Hopper and Tim Berners-Lee, responsible for opening digital science to the general population. The first computer with the characteristics we know today was created in 1946. During seventy years, with the effort and dedicated work of a large number of people on incredible inventions and discoveries, it seems that technology has no limits. Let's meet the digital revolutionaries.
