Abstract
The paper named „Challenges of the world energy/financial crisis – causes and consequences“ derived from research and evaluation of the energy/finansical crisis we are currently in. The main objective of this research is to indicate the causes and consequences which will have grave impact on global financial flows and economies of the countries who are under direct or indirect impact from this emerging crisis. The matter will be studied with the following methods: description and analysis, induction, comparation, statistics, mathematics and compilation – the consequences and the solution of the crisis are recent and current, so the existing information regarding this subject will have critical significance for further analysis. In the first part of the paper, we will retrospect on the causes of the world financial/energy crisis, with a special rewiev of the Russian invasion on Ukraine and the implications the war has on the rest of the world and the financial system. The next part of the paper will be decidated to the analysis of the consequences the crisis has on developing economies, the implications of high inflation and the strenght of the private sector during the Covid 19 pandemic. In the end, we will analyze the fall of global economicgrowth and demonstrate projections of future movement.
