The journal "TRANZICIJA" has been published since 1999 by the Publishing House of the Economic Institute in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Starting from 2023, the University FINRA Tuzla has also become a publisher of the journal. Since 2007, the journal has been published in co-publishing with the Journal Central European Agriculture – JCEA, Zagreb; the Scientific Society of Agrarian Economists of the Balkans, and the Institute of Agricultural Economics in Belgrade. Based on the Cooperation Agreement on the publishing of the scientific and professional journal “Tranzicija”, the University FINRA Tuzla and the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić have established cooperation in the field of publishing. The cooperation includes joint editorial and peer-review work; the inclusion of Baltazar’s teaching and research staff in the editorial and advisory boards; the publication of scientific and professional articles by authors from both institutions; the promotion and dissemination of the journal through both institutions’ networks; and the organisation of joint events (conferences, workshops, panels) dedicated to the journal “Tranzicija”. The aim of this cooperation is to enhance the quality of scholarly research, strengthen international collaboration, and contribute to the academic community through the publication of relevant, peer-reviewed articles. "TRANZICIJA/TRANSITION" publishes papers covering topics in the fields of economics, social sciences, information and communication sciences, with a special emphasis on themes related to transitional economies. The published works are those that have not been printed in other journals or submitted for printing. Abstracts, summaries, synopses, master's theses, dissertations, scientific presentations, and contributions to conferences, as well as shorter translations, reviews, and news within the coverage area, are not considered published works. The journal accepts submissions in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, and English. Review: External reviews, both domestic and international, are conducted for scientific and professional papers, using a double-blind, double-peer review process. First year of publication: 1999. Frequency of publication: 2 issues per year. Areas covered: Economics, Social Sciences, Social Sciences, Information and Communication Sciences. Included in Hrčak (Croatian Journals) on April 7, 2009.
