Abstract

The fifth edition of the book “Shipping Law”, authored by Professor Martin Davies and Anthony Dickey, KC, was published in 2024 by Thomson Reuters (Professional) Australia Limited.

The authors first released this book in 1990. Given the numerous changes in maritime law over the past eight years since the publication of the fourth edition in 2016, the revisions in this edition are extensive. This fifth edition was edited solely by Professor Davies.
