Abstract
With regard to its importance and totality as a management function, organising is considered a complex function of management. This function involves the development of an organisational structure through projecting and distributing tasks, identifying the scope of control measures, and allotting the leading roles. Efforts are aimed
at setting up a structure of relationships and authorities that will provide for the efficient coordination of all functions and actions within a hotel enterprise.
