An international, a double anonymized peer review scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and empirical research on business performance, quality, and organizational excellence across sectors and regional contexts, with a specific emphasis on the application and evolution of globally recognized frameworks within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). We welcome submissions addressing both private and public organizations across sectors including manufacturing, services, public administration, healthcare, education, energy, finance, and digital platforms. Contributions may examine performance and learning dynamics at organizational, team, or ecosystem level. Scope includes : Digital Transformation and Innovation, Strategic Performance and Excellence Frameworks, Leadership and Organizational Development, Quality Managament Systems and Process Improvement, Sustainability and ESG Evolution.
