Composition, quality and milk production in the hillymountaneous region

Sažetak

Milk production in region of Sarajevo in year 1972. was about 85 million and the market milk was only 8,8 'million. Majority of the quantity of the milk remains in the individual county household and is produced into numerous dairy products or retail and sell milk directly to the consumers. Methylene Blue test of the milk showed slow reduction in the region A and in the region B decolorisation of the methylene blue was more rapid. Milk samples taken for analysis in the dairy indicate certain differences in the results.
