Sažetak
Pulmonic stenosis is a relatively common congenital anomaly in dogs. It represents the narrowing of the pulmonary valve and/or the outlet portion of the right ventricle, leading to disruption of blood flow from the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery during systole. Pulmonic stenosis encompasses different anatomic locations, occurring as supravalvular, valvular, and subvalvular or infundibular stenosis. Pulmonic stenosis is associated with certain dog breeds indicating genetic etiology. This report describes a case of canine pulmonic stenosis.
