Sažetak
This paper presents the establishment of state borders between Yugoslavia and Italy after World War I at the Paris Peace Conference in 1919-1920 and in Rapallo in 1920.
The second part of the paper describes the events following World War II taking place at the Paris Peace Conference in 1946, where the draft of the Peace Treaty with Italy was adopted. It also describes the dramatic negotiations upon its entering into force until the conclusion of the London Memorandum in 1954.
