Herzog & de Meuron, Royal Academy of Arts, London
Abstract
Herzog & de Meuron’s first major exhibition in London in almost twenty years prompted them to answer what architecture is. Founded in 1978, they have dominated the architectural scene, and through six essays in this catalogue, we understand their architectural principles: human movement, perception, social space and presentation. Herzog & de Meuron have redefined how architecture is considered and made over the last decades.
