Abstract

The new book on Diocletian’s Palace brings interesting new readings and interpretations of the Palace and broadens this interpretative substratum with a projective dimension, by posing questions about the possible new interventions and sensible design procedures to be performed in such delicate urban field without compromising its layered integrity. The book consists of four essays by four authors – Sasa Zivkovic, Leslie Lok, Ana Šverko and Damir Gamulin.
