The author analysis the dynamics of intrapsychological and interpersonal conflict which may arise within the person himself and also in interpersonal relationships. Intrapsychological conflicts are as follows: 1) the double approach conflict, 2) the double avoidance conflict, 3) the approach-avoidance conflict and 4) double approach-avoidance conflict. Also, appropiated and unappropriated strategies in solving these conflicts are discussed. In the second section the author deals with the dynamics of interpersonal conflict which most frequently occurs due to conflicts of interest in affectively immature persons. Here, too the author suggests some welcome psychological-spiritual advice. Finally the author points out that all conflicts can essentially be reduced to the fundamental conflict in the human heart which is divided in itself. On the one hand, it is attracted by ideals supported by objective values, ultimately God himself as the Supreme Good. On the other hand, the heart imprisoned by original sin is under great pressure by various compulsions to satisfy needs which may be legitimate and justified, but also unconscious, sinful and ruinous for the wellbeing of the whole person. The way out of this excruciating situation lies in true conversion and the resolve to give one's heart completely to God, or rather of accepting the will of God which is most clearly illustrated in the life and works of Jesus Christ. In conclusion the author offers psychological-spiritual counsel as to how to overcome interpersonal conflict.
