Abstract

29th International Consulting of Lawyers ''Petar Simonetti'' (Ownership - Obligations - Procedure) was held from April 19 to 21, 2023 at the Diamant Hotel in Poreč. The organizer of the consultation has traditionally been the Faculty of Law in Rijeka, in cooperation with the High Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Notaries, while Novi informator d.o.o. was a media sponsor of the consultation. The consultation program included five sections, in which thirty-three presentations and four round tables were held.
