Variations in solids-non-fat and protein contents of pasteurized milk

Sažetak
Monthly means of solids-non-fat and protein contents in 1434 random, samples of commercial pasteurized milk from Zagreb outlets analyzed during 1974 to 1983 varied from 7.69 to 8.47 and from 2.71 to 3.17 per cent resp. Month-to-month differences in solids-non-fat contents were mostly statistically non significant and month-to-month differences in protein contents were mostly statistically significant.
