Sažetak

The samples of bulk milk from seven large herds were analyzed each decade over one year. On the basis of 284 samples the interrelationships of total solids, solids-not-fat, proteins, ash, Ca, P, K, Na and Zn were studied. The correlation coefficients between these constituents are shown in Tab. 1. The higher correlations were found in the following cases: The highly significant correlation between ash and Na was 0.502; The correlation among ash and other constituents was mainly very low excepting the highly significant correlation between K and ash 0.418; The highly significant correlations were found between proteins and total solids 0.664 as well as between proteins and solids-not-fat 0.676; The highly significant correlation was found between fat and total solids 0.521; Among all examined correlations the highest one was between total solids and solids-not-fat 0.782.
