Sažetak
Energy values of 864 samples of pasteurized milk produced from 1976 to 1981 for market of Zagreb averaged 241.33, 245.34, 241.91, 244.10, 234.89 and 236.19 relative average protein energy values were 58.74, 59.78, 54.60, 54.17, 54,09 and 52,26 kJ/100 mL respectively.
