The Condition and Perspectives of Multiculturalism in Serbia

Sažetak

Historical, demographic, traditional, cultural and other factors bave influence on the nature of the multiculturalism in Serbia as well as the contemporary circumstances which are marked with political, territorial and social changes that bave occurred from the beginning of the ninth decade of 20th century. The position of the national minorities is based on the circumstances which are the result of wider regional activities, and the acceptance of the liberal paradigm, as the basis of the political-legal minorities protection, is just the precondition for development of the stabile, multicultural society.
