Sažetak

Artificial intelligence has become an indispensable part of our lives, without it we cannot imagine doing everyday jobs and tasks. This is an area that is rapidly developing, and therefore it is necessary to standardize new social rules, that is, to change and supplement the existing ones, to develop a strategy for the application of artificial intelligence, and to adopt and implement an action plan with the aim of research and education in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as with the aim of increasing the economic growth using artificial intelligence. In the paper, the author presents certain aspects of artificial intelligence, emphasizing its application in medicine and its relationship to criminal law.
