Abstract

The central focus of this research revolves around the idea of Neo-Slavism as a consequence of the circumstances encountered by Dr. Karel Kramář within his personal and professional life. The fundamental methodological premise of this study suggests that each idea possesses a philosophical and enduring character that is separable from the cntext in which it originated, alongside the sociological aspect that explains the social factors that influenced the formation, adaptation, and implementation of the idea. Both micro- and macrosociological aspects that preceded the Neo-Slavic movement and led to the development of the idea are identified through the analysis of the texts writen by Kramář. Numerous quotations are used to support these influences, providing the translation of sources from Czech to Croatian.
