Sažetak

Fitness preparation of athletes is a key component in achieving top sports results. This paper analyzes the fundamental aspects of fitness training, including specifics for different sports, training methods, the role of technology in monitoring progress, and the importance of an individualized approach in planning and con-ducting fitness training. It also emphasizes the importance of periodization of training and integration of re-covery as key factors for maintaining optimal sports form and reducing the risk of injuries. The paper also includes examples from practice that show how successful fitness preparation can significantly affect the per-formance of athletes.
