Possibilities of the dietetic processed cheeses production

Abstract
The purpose of last year's research was to produce a new dietetic product on the basis of melted cheese. Having chosen the most convenient starting raw materials we succeeded in second stage to produce a dietetic melted cheese meeting the demands of dietetic, child and gerontological nutrition as well as those of the consumer's everyday protective nutrition.
