Results of quality assessment of milk and milk products from the viewpoint of contamination with radioactive cesium (134Cs i 137Cs)

Abstract
The results of radio-hygienic assessment of radioactive cesium in milk, milk drinks (pasteurized and sterilized milk, yoghurt, bovine and ovine sour milk) and in other milk products (bovine and ovine cheese, cream and butter) originating from two production facilities in Belgrade area are presented.
