Abstract

The aim of this experiment was to examine a possibility of a partial or complete substitution of soy protein with peas in pig diet in fattening from 20-1 00 kg. The results show that substitution of peas for soy protein at levels 1/3,2/3 and 3/3 is possible in wellbalanced diets without harmful effects on live weight, daily gain, feed: gain ratio and slaughtering parameters.

Keywords
