COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE HOTEL FACILITY AND THE MARKET

Abstract
To sell its product, the hotel facility needs to communicate with its partners on the market. Guests and potential guests, tourist agencies, businesses, and the environment — participants in creating the hotel product — are partners o f the hotel facility, together with the transmitters of hotel messages.
