Abstract

The effects of the four months physical education program, especially designed for one American international school, were analyzed according to standardized procedure for physical fitness: testing of American school population. The results have showe statistically significant improvement in five from six analyzed tests for boys as well as four from six for girls, so it can be concluded that the applied program had high influence on development of students physical fitness.
