Abstract
One could understand diplomacy as organization when discussing management of the processes with which foreign policy is executed. It is the informational-communication processes which enable the processing of the foreign-policy information as a background for taking foreign policy decisions. These processes are of a mutual nature: ministry instructs diplomatic missions, while they reply with daily reporting. The structure of the diplomatic communication is twofold, i.e. internal and external and depends to a high degree on the structure of the diplomatic environment. The style of this communication origins from the basic characteristics of a good language style, taking into account specifics of the diploma tic communication.
