Abstract
Motion capture systems, which enable continuous traceability in assessment process, have been integrated into ergonomic workflows as technology has advanced. In this study, Xsens, which uses wearable sensors for digital motion capture and analysis, was integrated with Process Simulate v2502 software to facilitate ergonomic assessments, creating a digital and real-time work environment where employees assemble products and collaborate with robots. Ergonomic data of employees were collected using wearable sensors, and REBA, OWAS, and RULA analyses were performed. The analysis shows that the scores obtained from wearable sensors yield effective results and are important for ergonomic assessment and occupational safety.
