Sažetak
The agribusinesses’ strategic goals are increasingly focused on a sustainable development, which implies the environmental and social components, in addition to an economic sustainability. The paper’s objective is to provide an overview of knowledge about the significance and transformations of intellectual capital in the achievement of agri-entrepreneurs’ sustainable competitiveness. The paper provides an overview of professional and scientific knowledge in the field of intellectual-capital application while developing competitiveness. The previous scientific-research results have highlighted a significance of human, organizational, and consumer capital and its connection with the achievement of sustainable competitiveness. The processes of transformation into a green intellectual capital have been confirmed, requiring a management of intangible assets streamlined toward environmental protection. In this way, the agri-entrepreneurs can find a path leading toward the achievement of sustainable competitiveness.
