Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka is scientific journal published by Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka since 1980. Collected Papers is popular reading with legal scholars and practitioners. It welcomes high quality original papers contributing to theoretical scholarship or practical discussion on various topics of law and related social sciences if they thematically contribute to the area of law. Journal does not charge article processing charges (APC) to authors. The articles published before volume 44, number 2, were licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0 licence. The journal is currently licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence. This licence allows the use, sharing and reproduction of the work, but only for non-commercial purposes and with the condition that the work and the author are correctly cited and the source is indicated.
