Vol. 5 (1988): Symposium "Observations and Modelling in Geophysics", Zagreb, June 11-13 1986 - part 2
December 1, 1986 was the 125th anniversary of the work of the Geophysical Institute in Zagreb. On this occasion a Symposium was held in Zagreb, June 11-13, 1986, entitled "Observations and Modelling in Geophysics".
The Symposium included thirtyseven reports, fourteen of which dealt with physics of the atmosphere (meso-and micro-meteorological processes), ten dealt with physics of the sea (dynamics of coastal seas) and thirteen treated physics of the earth's interior (seismic zoning and microzoning).
Papers presented at the Symposium are being published in Volume 4 and 5 of the journal Geofizika. Volume 4 deals with papers related to the physics of the atmosphere (session MESO- AND MICRO-METEOROLOGICAL PROCESSES) and the physics of the sea (session DYNAMICS OF COASTAL SEAS), and Volume 5 with papers related to the Earth's interior (session SEISMIC ZONINIG AND MICROZONING).
