About the Journal

“Paragraf” is an annual journal containing the best student papers dealing with legal and social issues. It contains papers of the students of both the Faculty of Law Osijek and other faculties in the Republic of Croatia. The Journal also publishes papers co-authored by students and teachers. The Editorial Board may also approve of the publication of a paper from a foreign faculty. The periodical is published by the Faculty of Law Osijek. Papers submitted for publication must deal with legal, economic, sociological or other social topics. The Journal does not charge a fee for publishing a paper or for accessing published papers.
