About the Journal

Aims and scope

Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law in Rijeka. The journal publishes scientific and professional articles. The main aim of the journal is to improve scientific communication in the field of law and to contribute to the development of legal science in Croatia, the European Union and the academic community in general. Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka, publishes articles in the field of law and related social sciences if they contribute thematically to the field of law. Articles in the journal are published in Croatian, English, Italian and German. Articles in other languages can be taken into consideration for publication. 

History

Collected Papers has been published since 1980 (ISSN 1330-349X), and since 1995 it was published twice a year. The Faculty publishes Collected Papers of the University of Rijeka Faculty of Law three times a year since 2016. Since 2005 (vol. 26, no. 2), Collected Papers is published in print and in electronic form (E-ISSN 1846-8314). By a decision of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia, Collected Papers is recognized as a journal equivalent to internationally recognized publications.

Open Access Policy

Collected Papers of the Law Faculty of the University of Rijeka is an Open Access journal and it is licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 licence. Journal does not charge article processing charges (APC) to authors. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, redistribute, print, search and link to material, and alter, transform, or build upon the material, or use them for any other lawful purpose as long as they attribute the source in an appropriate manner according to the CC BY licence.
The papers published in Collected Papers of the Law Faculty of the University of Rijeka can be deposited and self-archived in the institutional and thematic repositories providing the link to the journal's web pages and HRČAK.

Archiving

For the purpose of downloading and permanent storage of the obligatory online copies, the Proceedings of the Faculty of Law of the University of Rijeka are stored in the Croatian Web Archive (HAW) of the National and University Library in Zagreb as an important part of the contemporary Croatian cultural and scientific heritage. The articles published in our journal are also stored in the institutional repository of the Faculty of Law in Rijeka - PravRi Repository.
