This paper deals with the analysis of the general characteristics of the
condominium according to the previous regulations in relation to the characteristics of the condominium according to the Act on Ownership and Other real Rights, the presumption of establishment of condominium in accordance with these different systems, the transformation of ownership of a particular part of the building into the ownership of a particular part of the real estate, as well as the analysis of issues that arise when interpreting this normative in legal doctrine and applying it in court
practice.
