Abstract

Blockchain tehnologija (dalje: BC) koja se svrstava u tehnologije distribuiranog knjiženja (dalje: DLT) ima široku primjenu u poslovanju trgovačkog društva. Značajno je podnormirana, izmiče regulatornom nadzoru i podložna je zlouporabama. U radu se analiziraju neki pojavni oblici zlouporaba BC tehnologije, rizici koji su nastupili kao i pitanje kome se može, od sudionika pripisati u odgovornost napad na sustav. Također se rizici primjene DLT/BC tehnologije sagledavaju iz kuta trgovačkog društva, kao naručitelja novih tehnoloških rješenja te se traži odgovor na pitanje tko bi u trgovačkom društvu trebao brinuti o primjeni novih tehnoloških rješenja i prevenirati nastupe tih rizika.
