International lawyer consultation "Petar Simonetti" (Ownership - Obligations - Procedure) was traditionally held this year for the thirtieth time, from April 10 to 12, 2024 in Poreč. The Faculty of Law Rijeka, in cooperation with the High Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Notaries, organized five separate sections with thirty-four presentations and five round tables, covering current topics in the areas of rights in rem, obligatory law, company law and financial law, administrative law and civil procedural law. This time too, the consultation represented a professional and scientific forum for a dynamic exchange of opinions and clarification of current legal challenges and trends. The participants were provided with concrete answers to questions and practical guidelines for solving the problems they encounter every day in their work. In a separate part of the consultation, a special ceremony was held on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the consultation, where we remembered Professor Simonetti, whose name this consultation bears.
