Publication Ethics

A double-blind peer review is an essential model for publishing articles in “Collected Papers of the Faculty of Law University of Rijeka ”. The Faculty of Law in Rijeka and the editors pursue a zero-tolerance policy towards research misconduct including plagiarism and self-plagiarism. All papers received are subjected to a similarity check by the iThenticate Similarity Check program to guarantee the originality of all manuscripts. The journal publication policy does not support any citation manipulation and data falsification / fabrication.

It is necessary to agree upon the standards of the expected ethical behaviour for all parties involved in the publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer and the publisher.

Our ethic statements are based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
