Sažetak
On the islands in the Adriatic the cheeses of outstanding quality are those manufactured at Pag, Silba, Olib and Brač. About 10 wagons of "Paški" cheese per year are produced on the farms, and about 2 wagons of Silbanski, Olibski and Brački cheeses are manufactured in the co-operative dairies.
