Abstract

This paper study the radiated interference of the near electric E-Field generated by a series chopper, in particular in the element of the converter base: the driver IR2110, MOSFET type IRF740 and diode type MUR460, with the probes of type Rohde Schwarz in the frequency domain (FD) by using a spectrum analyzer. The chopper supplied by a DC source of value 20 V, and the control signal in square form. First of all on determine the electric diagram of converter DC/DC under Ltspice software, then its realization under PCB, in order to quantify the electric field on the electronic components on all the components. Then the impact of variation the frequency of the commutation the MOSFET was determinated. The following frequencies: f = 5 kHz, f = 10 kHz and f = 145.3 kHz were taken with fixing the duty cycle. Then, we varied the frequency duty cycle, we chose the following ratios: 75%, 50% and 25%, fixing the frequency at f = 10 kHz. The variation of the serial chopper control signal parameters (frequency and duty cycle) is done by the Arduino program.
