Sažetak

Following some remarks on teacher training in general and on the principal primacy of liberalism over democracy the author argues that political education in secondary schools should teach basically the political institutions and the legal system as such. However, there seems to be a growing conflict between teaching democracy and the capacity of political judgement in an increasingly complex and diversified world of politics.
