The OJS plugin - ORCID ID activated

The "RGN zbornik" activated the "ORCID plugin" in the OJS. (1) In the future submissions, authors will be able to enter their ORCID ID. If submission will be published the ORCID ID will be displayed in the author list. (2) Also, authors can add ORCID ID in existing profile ("Profile->Public->Create or Connect your ORCID ID").
