Sažetak
The painting "Head of Jesus Christ with crown of thorns" is in the collection of the Franciscan monastery of Kraljeva Sutjeska, Bosnia. Owing to striking iconographic and stylistic similarities with the details of Christ's head in the painting of Golgotha by Federico Barocci at Madrid's Prado Museum, the author suggests that the high-quality small canvas may have been made in the workshop of this great master from Urbino, possibly by Barocci himself. In other words, it is hard to imagine a later imitator so good at expresing Barocci's exceptional sense of light and nuance,
