Sažetak
The process of sporadic upgrading of the cadastral parcels in to the real estate cadastre is described in this work. Sporadic upgrading of cadastral parcels in to the real estate cadastre gradually creates a real estate cadastre. Sporadic upgrading can be done for one or more of cadastral parcels. Sporadic upgrading is done with the geodetic surveys which are provided at maintenance of the cadastral data. The result of a sporadic upgrading is a parcel in real estate cadastre which, once upgraded, is maintained by the rules of real estate cadastre. The procedure, except in text, is also presented by the corresponding diagrams.
