Sažetak
The family is a primary social unit which has reproductive, educational and protective role. Ali members within the family should accomplish their rights, and feel secure. In situations when understanding and support in family is lacking or when it is insufficient, the society with its sy-stems and mechanisms of support should offer proper and suitable protection, care and teaching of social skills to family members or a family as a whole, in order to enhance communication and mutual understanding. Supervision over parental care is one of the measures of legal protection of a family.
