Krunoslav Matešić ; Filozofski fakultet Sveučilišta u Zagrebu

Sažetak

The third period of test development and testing practices in Croatia covers a period of forty years from 1952 to 1991. Following the re-establishment of the Councelling centre for career choice in 1952 in Zagreb, the professional guidance service is organised gradually. Testing during the 1950's cater mainly to the needs of this service. 1965 sees the beginning of economic reforms, resulting in the decentralisation of economic decision making. Test publishing is intensified in the late 1960's, mainly by the Employment service. Zoran Bujas and his colleagues are the authors of the majority of Croatian tests. Editions of the Ljubljana Department of Work Productivity are accepted in Croatia, mainly in clinical practice. These two publishers held the central positions in servicing the need of psychologists for psychodiagnostic instruments until the breakup of Yugoslavia.
