Privacy of religious belief in the selfmanaging society

Sažetak
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Protocol between the
Yugoslav Government and the Holy Seat, the author of the article
considers it as a positive turning point, but it is to be regretted that
mutual understanding has been reached only between the State institution and the Church institution while misunderstanding is still present between belivers and society. It seems that Constitutional assertion »faith is a private matter« because of its different interpretation and inadequate application is the key to the understanding of this problem.
