The New Provisions Governing the Lease and Sale of Business Premises

Sažetak

The article contains an overview of provisions of the new Law on Lease and Sale of Business Premises paying special attention to new legal solutions and comparing them with the regulations previously in force. Moreover, the emphasis is given with respect to certain dilemmas which shall arise in cases in which the new Law is going to be applied.
