Present-Day Demogeographical Processes in the Dinaric Mountain Territory of Croatia

Sažetak
A very high correlation between the meagre natural geographic situation, movement of inhabitants and population density has been established. The fast socio-economic changes in the country were reflected in a population exodus from the Dinaric mountain territory of Yugoslavia, and particularly its Croatian part. The process has accelerated in recent times (1971-1981), and if it continues the mountainous region of Croatia will be left without its rural population by the year 2020.
