Bilateral finding of double teeth in the maxilla

Sažetak

A rare form of both double upper permanent mesial incisors is described. Fusion with separated pulps and roots was observed in both cases. After separation of the teeth and extraction of mesial segments, therapy was initiated by a mobile and terminated by fixed orthodontic appliance.
