Sažetak
Market globalization has resulted in shortening of productionprocesses and lifecycles of products increasing the expectationsof the industry for 'just-in-time" logistic solutions. At thesame time, the competition on the global markets has led to anincrease in the number of "players" as well as in the destinationsof purchase and distribution chains. The aim is to developa frame for optimal integration of different transport modes soas to allow more efficient and cost-effective usage of the transp01tsystem through the user orientation of "door-to-door"transport, using this service to stimulate competition amongtransport operators.
