Sažetak

This article questions the conditionality of building city area of Dubrovnik based on a social architecture. It's aim is to locate the particles which were in a possession of the family Sorkocevic in side the city walls between. On the basis of sales contracts, and other documents of a private nature, recorded in Dubrovnik notarial offices was made a database, which includes the date when a contract has been concluded, initial owner of the property, type of transaction, owner after the transaction, value of the property, type of the building, position depending of the certain neighbours or the sides of the world and it's size. Using these data and so-called fixed waypoints is obviously that family Sorkocevic was trying to group the estates in their property, creating family asambles, as the tendency of transmitting the ownership of real estate from one generation to another.
